Zhanna Utarbayeva is a business innovator in Kazakhstan. She is the only female co-founder of the Kazakhstan Digital Energy Association.
For more than 20 years, Ms. Utarbayeva has led various sectors of the energy industry in Kazakhstan. She was the first PR manager in Kazakhstan to prepare the State Electricity Company "KEGOC" for an IPO in London. For several years, Ms. Utarbayeva coordinated the work of the Central Asian Electric Power Council. She was part of the top management of Kazakhstan's first offshore oil company. Ms. Utarbayeva invested her PR talent in the victory of the political party of the First President of Kazakhstan in 2004.
In 20 years of work in Kazakhstan's oil and gas industry, Ms. Utarbayeva has successfully implemented more than 100 international projects, receiving recognition and appreciation from business partners and government leaders in many countries around the world.

Known as one of the first female producers in Kazakhstan whose film "Welcome to the USA" won the "Best Foreign Film of 2019" award at the New York International Film Festival and was among the top 10 best foreign films of the year by the American Film Institute (AFI).
In December 2019 her film "Welcome to the USA” had its world premiere in Hollywood.
The American publication “Variety” published an article about Ms. Utarbayeva.
Her project "Kazakhstan New Generation by Zhanna" was a huge success at the Cannes, Berlin and New York film festivals.
