Sophie is the catalyst for female coaches to bring more healing and transformation to the world by uncovering their true value so they can get paid what they’re worth and live their lives on their own terms. She’s not ok with 95% of women under-earning, over giving, missing out on precious moments with their loved ones.. and not living a balanced life.
As a financial independence advocate for women, she believes it’s her duty to not only live the change for herself and her family but create the pathway for other talented women to walk, too.
From growing up on a simple hobby farm to climbing the corporate ladder and then starting her own business, Sophie’s success came ‘the hard way’. However, her passion for helping other women learn from the mistakes and lessons she’s learned was all she needed to motivate her to succeed. She’s now made it easier for the women who’ve come after her to make a global impact for women and their families.
This year, her business, Real Entrepreneur Women, is on track for its first 8 figure year after just five years in operation, and that’s while only working 22 hour weeks, and having the freedom and flexibility in her life and family she’d always wanted but couldn’t get whilst hustling up the corporate ladder.
Sophie believes that every woman deserves to create financial independence, have more choice in their lives, and more time for what they love most. She’s a true example of what’s available to women worldwide regardless of where you start out.
Her passion for female coaches in particular was born after realising that whilst many are amazing at helping others, they lack the strategic business skills to stand out online and charge their worth This keeps them trapped in fear and overwhelm as their passion and dreams of making an impact on the world goes unfulfilled.
Not only has Sophie been able to change the lives of hundreds of women by scaling their businesses hand in hand with them, but she continues to support a community of over twenty thousand in her soulful and authentic approach.
She teaches a unique blend of masculine strategies with feminine energy creating a wave of authentic, genuine female leaders who are pushing through the fear to stand up, speak their truth and succeed in the online world today.
